LabelFast is a Shopify embedded app that helps merchants generate barcode-label PDFs for their products, inventory, and inventory transfers. This policy explains what information the app accesses, why, how it is stored, and the choices you have.
What we access and store
To create labels, LabelFast reads the following data from your Shopify store through the Shopify Admin API:
- Product and variant details (titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices)
- Inventory levels and inventory items
- Location data
- Inventory-transfer and shipment data, so you can print labels for received stock
LabelFast stores only a small amount of data per store:
- Your label templates and layout settings
- A count of labels generated in the current billing cycle, used for plan limits
- A Shopify session token used to authenticate your store
LabelFast does not collect or store your customers' personal data. It reads product and inventory information only.
The optional write permission
By default LabelFast is read-only and never changes your store. One feature, the SKU and barcode generator, can write generated SKUs and barcodes back to your products. This requires the optional write_products permission, which is requested only when you choose to use that feature and can be declined.
Where data is stored
App data is hosted on Fly.io in a European region (Stockholm). Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS.
Third parties
- Shopify, which provides the store data through its Admin API and processes billing.
- Fly.io, which hosts the application and database.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall LabelFast, its data for your store is deleted, and Shopify sends a shop-redaction request that we honour by removing all remaining records for your store. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing support@useadvira.com.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the data we hold. To exercise any of these, email support@useadvira.com and we will respond within one business day.
