How do label quantities work?

When you select products, each label quantity defaults to that variant's stock on hand, so a full print run takes two clicks. You can edit any quantity before printing.

Why is a barcode missing from a label?

A label shows a barcode only when the variant has a barcode or SKU. Use the SKU and barcode generator to create and save codes to your products, then print again.

Which printers and label sizes are supported?

Any printer, through a PDF. Built-in presets include Avery 5160, 5163, and L7160 sheets, DYMO 30334 and 30252 rolls, and Zebra rolls, plus custom sizes and 3-inch circles. Print the PDF at 100 percent scale.

How do I print labels for a delivery I just received?

Open Receive and print, choose the inventory transfer, and the quantities default to what actually arrived.

Does LabelFast change anything in my store?

No. LabelFast is read-only by default. The only feature that writes is the SKU and barcode generator, and only after you grant permission.
